Community Hospice Care

Chestnut Tree House is an amazing children’s hospice in Sussex, offering sick children and their families amazing care and respite. They came to us because they wanted to tell the story of their community care programme, which offers the same level of care and expertise but in family homes. And what a privilege it was spending the day with Eva and her family. We loved those two days!

Madeleine Green from Chestnut Tree House had this to say about working with us:

“Mile 91 have been a joy to work with and have not only delivered us two films that perfectly fit our brief but have done so ahead of schedule and without any stress on our part.

“Right from our initial conversation the team seemed to understand what it was we were after – asking us intelligent and thought-provoking questions that helped to inform and shape the final films. Scheduling proved tricky on our part but Mile 91 took it all in their stride, being flexible and working around the needs of everyone involved. They also had a great understanding of the practicalities of getting a film approved internally and ensured we were working to a timescale that could work for us as well as them.

“The team were fantastic when filming – putting everyone at ease and ensuring they were all treated with respect and understanding. They were also open to ideas and suggestions and would adapt as needed to ensure they had enough footage to make a great film. All in all they have made the whole process easy and enjoyable – from briefing to final edits – and we would not hesitate to use them again.”
