On location in Uganda
In September we travelled to Uganda with the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists to captures stories about the work of their fellows and members who volunteer overseas. We spent time in hospitals and health centres around the country and met some truly inspiring Ugandan health workers who have worked with or been trained by these volunteers.
We produced a film that was used to launch the organisation’s new international strategy at a House of Lords event; an exhibition of photography has been on display at the College and a set of stories will support fundraising and volunteer recruitment activity. We are about to start work on a second film.
Travelling with us was Ann Tate, Director of Development for the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. See what she has to say about working with Mile 91.
