Children’s Hospices are unique places. Full of love, laughter, colour and care, they can also be places of pain and sadness. Their unique environment give children and their families a home away from home where they can receive expert medical care and vital emotional support. Working in hospices and with other organisations supporting children with complex or life-limiting conditions requires sensitivity and empathy.
We are a two person team who travel with minimal filming equipment. We and our kit melt into the background while we capture the life of the hospice around us. Ahead of the shoot we work closely with families, hospice staff and the fundraising and communications teams to ensure everyone knows what to expect.
We have worked with Chestnut Tree House, Anglia Children’s Hospices (EACH), Children’s Hospices South West, Debra UK, Children and the Arts, Dreams Come True and Together for Short Lives.
