Build your capabilities and confidence to support those sharing the toughest experiences.
The advanced course builds on our Becoming a Confident Interviewer course to ensure you and your teams have skills needed to handle highly sensitive subject matters. It will help you to keep people feeling safe and supported while they share their stories.
This course is particularly relevant for those people capturing stories about issues such as mental health and suicide, traumatic injuries and diagnoses, violence and abuse, debt, homelessness and the care system.
Trainees will come away with an understanding how to ensure people living with trauma feel safe and supported to tell their story.
